Use of the Platform

You agree to:

Bookings

When you book an appointment through GoBookIt, you enter into an agreement directly with the barber. GoBookIt acts as a platform to facilitate bookings but is not a party to the service agreement between you and the barber.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual barbers. Please review the barber's policies before booking. GoBookIt is not responsible for refunds, which are handled directly between you and the barber.

Barber Partners

Barbers using our platform are independent service providers. GoBookIt does not employ barbers and is not responsible for their services, conduct, or any issues arising from appointments.

Limitation of Liability

GoBookIt provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or services booked through it.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
